Site Safety Plans

All jobs requiring a Registered Construction Superintendent also require a Site Safety Plan (SSP), as per Local Law 81 of 2017. The site safety plan identifies and addresses potential safety hazards to create and ensure a safe work site.

Tenant Protection Plans

A Tenant Protection Plan (TPP) is required for construction projects in New York City if there is at least one occupied dwelling unit. The TPP covers tenant protections specific to the scope of work.

Sidewalk Shed Plans

A Sidewalk Shed Plan is a plan designed by a registered design professional for the installation of sidewalk sheds in New York City. Sidewalk sheds are temporary structures to protect people and property when constructing a building more than 40 feet high or demolishing a building more than 25 feet high.
